Brad, who nurtured a love for sports since childhood, had originally envisioned coaching as a career. Upon graduating from college, he took a job as an assistant football and baseball coach, and was sobered by the financial reality of his choice. He switched course to financial services, not knowing at the time that this would be his calling. Like any business owner, he encountered setbacks. Like every successful business owner, he persevered. The learning from those experiences was the importance of having laser-like focus, and surrounding himself with "good people and knowledgeable advisors." Today, Brad specializes in a holistic planning methodology, which helps clients follow through on their objectives.

Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama. Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his family, play golf, and keep active. He resides in Saltillo with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children. It has been said, “Adversity yields strength.” It certainly holds true for Brad Fair. Challenged by circumstances that would have had many retreating in defeat, Brad has overcome serious obstacles in order to be a part of Continuum Planning Partners.
